All our jewelry & Gemstones ships directly from our retail store in Limbe, Blantyre, Malawi. We are located at CC533 Along Chipembere Highway Opposite Yabhana Building. If you have any questions, we are open Monday to Saturday and you can call us at +265 9999-52-486

 

Shipping

All items for Domestic Orders are shipped same or next day. For International Orders The Process to acquire the Legal documents issued by the Department of mines and processed through customs can take 5-10 Days to leave the country, (we cannot guarantee delivery times). All of our jewellery and Gemstones are shipped via DHL  service with additional insurance to protect your Order. You will be required to sign for your item. 

Free Insured Shipping (Signature Required)

Free shipping is given on any size purchase! This is done via DHL with additional insurance to protect your jewelry. You will also be required to sign for your package, so you can be assured that your package will arrive safe in your hands.

 

Pick Up in Store

You can also order online and pick up in store. All products online, if in stock, are in stock at our retail store in Limbe, Blantyre, Malawi.


If Your Shipping to an Address Other Than the Billing Address 
Because if the high fraud orders we receive, any orders shipping to addresses other than the billing address may need to be verified after your purchase. We do apologize for this, but when a person's credit card is used in a fraudulant order, the credit card company does not pay for the loss, the merchant does. When we do catch a fraud order, we contact the local police, file a report  contact original card holder to let them know their card has been compromised.

Do you Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally to over 75 countries. You can select the countries available in our checkout. Shipping rates may differ for each country and are displayed with shipping times. Free shipping is available on orders valued over $300 . With out-of-country orders, remember there can be large custom's costs (value added tax) to get it into your country that you will be responsible for. Many times it doesn't happen, but it is something to budget for.

RETURNS

Do you have a Return Policy?
You have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. During the holiday season, you can return your item through Jan 15th, 2022. We will refund the amount paid minus our actual shipping cost and gift wrapping if chosen.

 

There is a 20% restocking fee on all custom made to order sterling silver, gold, platinum and engraved items. If you have questions, please call us at +265 9999 52 486

 

Do you have a Guarantee?
We offer a 6 month warranty on all craftsmanship. We will replace missing stones as long as the condition of the mounting does not indicate that the loss was from damage to the gold. If loss is from rough wear we will replace stones at our cost.
